Information we collect and why
We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers and enquiry details from the contact brief, listing enquiries and AI Advisor. We may also receive WhatsApp conversations and website analytics. We use this information to answer enquiries, recommend properties, make requested introductions, improve the website, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
We share details with developers or lenders only when you ask us to. Vetted providers may support hosting, analytics and communications. We retain enquiries only as long as needed for the request, legitimate business records and applicable law, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, transfer or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact Admin@casaporte.ae. You may also complain to the competent UAE data protection authority.
Terms of Use
This website provides general information and property discovery. You may not misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, copy protected content at scale or present our material as your own. An enquiry does not create an agency, lending or purchase agreement. UAE law governs these terms.
