Short answer: selling in Dubai involves a valuation, a listing agreement with a broker, a sales agreement with the buyer, a no-objection certificate from the developer and the transfer at a trustee office.

1. Valuation

Your agent compares recent sales of similar homes to suggest a realistic asking price.

2. Listing agreement

You sign a listing agreement (Form A) with a licensed broker, who markets the property.

3. Sales agreement

When you accept an offer, buyer, seller and agents sign the sales agreement (Form F) and the buyer pays a deposit.

4. No-objection certificate

The developer issues a no-objection certificate (NOC) once service charges are paid up.

5. Transfer

Ownership transfers at a DLD trustee office, where the buyer pays and receives the new title deed.

Casa Porte markets your property to local and international buyers.
